Bluey Heeler, the show's protagonist, is a six-year-old Blue Heeler puppy, or Australian cattle dog, who loves to play and imagine. Alongside her friends and family, Bluey embarks on wondrous adventures that teach important life lessons. Coloring Bluey characters allows you to explore the diverse landscape of Bandit Country, from the bustling cityscape to the magical worlds in Bluey's imagination.

The Heelers: Bluey's Family

Bluey's family is the heart and soul of the show. Start your Bluey coloring journey by immersing yourself in the love and warmth of the Heeler household.

The first member of the Heeler family you should introduce to your coloring book is the ever-determined Bluey herself. As the show's protagonist, Bluey is curious, imaginative, and always eager to learn. Her adventurous spirit makes her an excellent starting point for your Bluey coloring sessions.

Bluey Heeler

Bluey's design is characterized by her distinctive blue coat, pointed ears, and friendly face. When you color Bluey, consider using bright, vibrant blues to bring out her cheerful and energetic personality. Don't forget to blush her cheeks a soft pink to capture her wide-eyed, innocent expression.

Next, give Bingo Heeler, Bluey's little sister, a place in your coloring collection. Bingo is Bluey's best friend and confidante. Her sweet, sometimes mischievous nature, makes her an irresistible addition to your Bluey coloring repertoire. Bingo's pink coat and darker ears provide ample opportunity to experiment with different shades while capturing her playful essence.

Bingo Heeler

Bingo is often seen wearing a light blue headband, so consider incorporating a touch of blue into your color scheme to connect her with her eldest sister. Bear in mind Bingo's bigger, rounder eyes compared to Bluey's and give her a soft, rosy color to convey her genuine kindness.

No Bluey coloring session is complete without Bandit and Chloe Heeler, Bluey and Bingo's parents. Bandit and Chloe are loving, supportive parents who nurture their children's creativity and encourage their boundless imaginations. When coloring Bandit, emphasize his ginger fur and the distinct "V" shape of his snout. For Chloe, highlight her soft, gray fur, and don't forget to include her adorable glasses and necklace.

Bluey's Friends and Beyond

Bluey's imagination takes her on countless adventures with her friends. Explore the rich tapestry of characters that make the world of Bluey so delightful and engaging.

Bluey's best friend, Chloeophones Rainbow Sparkles, or Chloe for short, is a vibrant character with a big personality to match. Chloe's outrageous outfits and bold red hair make her an exciting addition to your Bluey coloring collection. To capture Chloe's outgoing nature, use bright, eye-catching colors for her clothing and accessories.

Don't forget to include Chloe's iconic lollipop, which she uses to "call" her friends for a playdate. When coloring Chloe, you can't go wrong with a mix of neon pinks, purples, and oranges to bring her vibrant style to life.

Another one of Bluey's close friends is Muffin, a quiet and considerate Scottish Terrier. Muffin is often seen with her toy koala, Mr. Bucket, and loves to play "Keepy-Uppy" with Bluey. Coloring Muffin is an opportunity to create calming, earthy tones that reflect her nurturing and empathetic nature. Use warm browns and oranges to capture Muffin's sweet, gentle spirit.

To depict Muffin's toy koala, Mr. Bucket, use a mix of grays and browns, with a touch of red for his fur on his submerged body. This will create a stark contrast against Muffin's warm, inviting color scheme.

Lastly, don't overlook the more unusual characters in Bluey's universe, such as the evil-ish moon monster that Bluey encounters in one of her adventures. This rarely-seen monster provides an excellent opportunity to experiment with spookier, more nefarious color schemes and shadowing techniques. Use dark purples, blues, and grays to create a haunting, yet whimsical, depiction of the moon monster as you color Bluey's darker side.
