As they color, they're engaging in a calming, creative activity that also promotes cognitive development.

How "Elf on the Shelf Color by Numbers" Works

The concept is simple enough for preschoolers to enjoy but engaging enough for older kids too. Each printable page features a delightful scene with the elf hidden somewhere inside. The rest of the page is a color by numbers illustration, with numbered dots corresponding to colors printed in easy-to-use squares below the image.

Kids learn about primary and secondary colors, numbers, and even some basic math skills (like counting by fives or tens) as they fill in the dots. Plus, they're developing fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination too. But perhaps the best part is the added anticipation each morning as they search for their elf and eagerly anticipate the next day's coloring adventure.

Making the Most of Your "Elf on the Shelf Color by Numbers" Experience
