Contest Details

The contest is open to both individual and group submissions. Entrants will have the chance to win fabulous prizes, with age categories to ensure a fair playing field. Brush up on your creative strategies and get ready to transform our blank pages into fall-inspired masterpieces.

New this year: A special category for educators and their students! Assemble your young artists and create your masterpiece together. There's no limit to the imagination and learning opportunities when you combine creativity with classroom time.

Eligibility and Entry

Participation is free and open to anyone. Entries can be submitted in the following categories:

• Individual: For participants of all ages.
• Group: For teams of two or more people.
• Educators & Students: For classroom art projects led by educators.

Submission Guidelines

Entries can be created using crayons, colored pencils, markers, paint, or digital mediums. There's no size or medium limitation, encouraging all styles and techniques. Just ensure your artwork is flat and submission-ready.

Submission are to be accompanied by a short (100-200 word) description of the artwork, including inspiration sources, symbols, and creative process. This excludes the Educators & Students category, where the description can be included in the application.

Judging Criteria and Prizes

Our panel of judges, composed of renowned artists and art educators, will evaluate entries based on creativity, technique, and how well they embody the spirit of fall. Winning entries will be featured in local galleries, publications, and receive exciting prizes such as art supply gift sets, tablet devices, or scholarships.

The top three winners in each category will also receive a personalized 'Artist of the Year' plaque, plus a year's subscription to leading art magazines.

Judges' Tips
