Felix's Favorite Color Revealed

Ever wondered about the favorite color of Felix Arvid Ulf Kjellberg, aka PewDiePie, the Swedish YouTube personality? A question usually reserved for celebrity interviews or humorously quipped in comic strips, but one that fans have long been curious about. Well, let's delve into the world of Felix, his association with colors, and yes, discover his 'favorite' one.

Starting his YouTube career with funny gaming videos in 2010, Felix rose to fame with his humorous commentary and relatable content. His impact on pop culture, especially memes, has been profound. But throughout his insane YouTube rise, has he ever hinted at his favorite color? Let's explore this topic from different angles.

Felix's Connection with Colors in His Content

One cannot discuss Felix without talking about his iconic 'Brofist' logo. An image that has become synonymous with PewDiePie's brand, it's worth exploring what this logo says about his preferred hues. Designed by an artist friend, the logo is predominantly red and blue, which traditional color psychology suggests symbolizes strength, power, and loyalty - values that resonate with Felix's persona and his relationship with his followers.

Moreover, these colors are mirrored in his YouTube channel branding, beefed up in his merchandise, and even spilled into his books. This implies that Felix, whether consciously or not, seems to favor this color combination.

Alex Klem tranquil blue period

In 2017, Felix rerouted his YouTube content with a series called "Alex Klem", a character with a tranquil blue background. The blue was intended to create a Zen atmosphere, facilitating a shift in his vlogs from high-energy gaming to more reflective content. Although this period was short-lived, it demonstrated that Felix isn't rigid about one color and can experiment based on the content's requirement.

During this blue period, Felix's vlogs included topics like life values, gratitude, and self-care. It was evident that the color blue had a soothing effect on his content and his mindset. This suggests that while Felix may not have a stick-to-your-ribs favorite color, he does have a fondness for certain shades based on their emotional resonance.

The Many Moods of PewDiePie's Color Scheme

If you've been following PewDiePie's content over the years, you'll notice that Felix has experimented with various colors and themes - tie-dye blue and pinks, eerie purples, and even neon greens. He did an ‘I Like Trains’ series with a predominantly orange and brown color scheme and has used green significantly in his most recent Minecraft Ernst intellectual property.

While these represent diverse color schemes for various themes and content formats, they all point back to Felix's inherent love for dynamic and vivid colors that reflect his energetic and playful persona. This is also noticed in his comedic and interactive content style, filled with vibrant and bold colors.

Felix's Personal Taste in Colors

Despite his abundant usage of diverse and dynamic colors in his content, does Felix have a favorite color in his personal life? In a 2016 interview with BT Sports, Felix revealed that his favorite color is green.

However, in true Felix form, he joked about his attraction to green, associating it with money – not for the love of bills per se, but for the love of the things money can buy. But when pressed for a personal favorite, Felix admitted, "I like green... I really like green." He also mentioned dabbling with green accents in his bedroom decor, suggesting that this color holds a personal significance.

Where does green stand in Felix's color spectrum?

Given Felix's experimentation with various colors and themes, saying green is his outright favorite can be misleading. It's possible that Felix is contextual about his colors, favoring them based on the mood, moment, or theme. That said, given his playful and animated personality, he seems to be drawn towards vibrant hues.

Moreover, Felix also admitted that having a favorite color was a tough question to answer, implying that his color preference isn't a too deeply ingrained trait. Nevertheless, green seems to have a special place in his heart, maybe for its fresh, calming, and growth-associated undertones.

Ultimately, the fact that Felix has experimented with various colors throughout his career suggests that he embraces colors as an essential part of his creativity and storytelling. And while green may stand out as a personal favorite, the sheer variety of color schemes in his content hints at a colorful soul that isn't confined to just one favorite color.
